![]() How to File a Claim against the LEX Vehicle Appearance Protection Program: 1) Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES authorize any repairs prior to receiving an authorization from LEX International, or the Plan Administrator. Repairs made prior to a warranty validation and subsequent authorization may cause the vehicle owner to pay for the repair in full. Upon approval of a claim, LEX will instruct the vehicle owner where and how to have the vehicle repaired. LEX will contact the customer within 15 business days of receipt of warranty claim to accept or decline coverage, based upon the original terms of the Warranty Application. 2) Verify that the vehicle component that you are making the claim on (exterior painted surface or interior surface) is no longer covered by the vehicle manufacturer warranty. 3) Read and thoroughly understand the LEX Vehicle Protection Warranty coverage, located on the back side of the Warranty Application Form. 4) Provide the following: a.
